Boxford Community Council funding is available as a grant to all volunteer-run organisations and clubs in Boxford, Edwardstone and Groton. Grant applications are usually discussed and decided upon at our quarterly ‘General’ meetings to which all organisations and clubs are invited. Applications are considered in a pre-meeting consultation with the applicant on the evening.
All applications must be accompanied by our Grant Application Form. Information required include the amount required, the purpose of the funding, evidence of the financial status of the applicant and evidence of other efforts to raise funding.
