Boxford is one of 6 villages across Suffolk and Norfolk that has been selected to be part of this project. <br />

Reclaim the Rain aims to develop new ways to reduce flooding in small rural communities and increase resilience through beneficial water reuse using nature-based solutions. This project is a joint initiative between Norfolk and Suffolk and is of great importance to both counties due to the considerable flood risk and also being the most water-stressed region in the UK.

A big part of our project is the co-creation approach meaning we are looking to work with the communities to develop a scheme that both benefits and is desired by the community. We have initiated engagement with Boxford in the form of a community survey that you may have seen. <BR><br>

We are keen to get talking to as many people in the village as possible.
