TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The collection and return of equipment and games is the responsibility of the hirer.
2. Hired goods must be returned by agreement or within 3 days of the event.
3. Damaged, lost or incomplete items must be paid for in full.
4. When using the hire equipment or games, hirers must arrange adequate supervision for erecting, dismantling and safety throughout its use.
5. Users participate at their own risk.
6. Cheques should be made payable to Boxford Community Council.
